Yes, I missed week 7. Life got busy! I gained a pound at my week 7 weigh-in. I explain in the video how I got off-track. I lost two pounds at my week 8 weigh-in and am down a total of 15.6. No time to write today, but at least I got my video made. :)
Patience - yes! It is so hard. I remember the commercial of the overweight man weighing himself and then running around the gym one time and reweighing himself and being so disappointed that the scale hadn't moved! It's so true. I remember being about 5 weeks into my journey and laughingly thinking I should be at goal weight because of all of the mental effort I had put into things! Now, I go with one meal at a time and know that time will pass whether I eat healthy or not so I might as well eat healthy because those weeks add up! Thanks for helping me stay motivated and sharing your story!
